Guest Services Team Member - Butlins Bognor Regis
Whatever the role our team at Butlins love working as part of a team and using their exceptional customer service skills to help our guests rediscover their sparkle. We're looking for people who naturally thrive in a customer service environment, with strong communication skills and who demonstrate a positive attitude even when working under pressure. We are looking for a 'nothing is ever too much trouble' attitude to really wow our guests with world class service.
You will be responsible for all aspects of delivering a professional guest experience from the initial check-in to assisting with any queries throughout our guest's stay with seamless service whilst maintaining the sense of theatre and fun our guests expect from a holiday at Butlins.
The Role
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional service to 'help hard-working families rediscover their sparkle
- Be responsible for an individual check-in area to ensure it runs smoothly
- Engage and build relationships with our guests helping them get the most from their stay
- Answer queries face to face and on the telephone
- When things don't quite go right resolve problems speedily and with empathy in a way that will ensure guests remember their holiday for all the right reasons, resulting in customer satisfaction and improvement to the overall guest experience
- Look for ways to exceed guest expectation and always, without exception, be willing to go the extra mile for our guests
- Work closely with the holiday sales team to book holidays for our guests
- Administration duties as required
