Accommodation Manager (Housekeeping)

As accommodation manager you will have the desire and ability to inspire and develop our warm hearted housekeeping team to take pride and joy in every element of their role, delivering high standards of hygiene and presentation.Our housekeeping managers are passionate and committed to leading by example, building and maintaining positive relationships with both guest and team in order to enhance their Warner experience.They have the ability to be innovative in creating solutions that are right for our guests, developing the Warner experience so they want to return time and time again.

The role is to support the housekeeping team to provide a safe, secure and appealing environment for our guests to enjoy during their holiday.This will be achieved by developing and motivating the team to host our guests living environment, providing them with the tools and resources to deliver high standards of hygiene, presentation and service often within a dynamic environment and challenging timescales.
