Call Centre Advisor - Metrodome Leisure Complex
Hours of Work:
Position 1: 30.25 hours per week over a 2 week rota
Position 2: Average 18.25 hours per week over a 2 week rota
Rate of Pay: Up to £7.98 per hour
We are looking for enthusiastic, helpful and courteous individual’s to work within our Call Centre providing up to date information about our sites. Able to communicate effectively – both written and verbally, you are highly organised, work well under pressure and on your own initiative. With proven reception, clerical or administrative experience, and a good level of computer literacy.
To be successful, you will have experience in a customer driven environment and a talent for building an instant rapport through excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
