We are recruiting for a Senior Spa Therapist for Bannatyne Spa found in Bannatyne Health Club Leicester.

Requirements and Duties

The successful applicant must be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent, hard-working, flexible, customer friendly and must be willing to demonstrate an appetite to learn new skills, whilst being able to cover the Spa when the Spa Manager is out of the business.

Your performance is measured through objective KPI measures such as profit retail performance, profit conversion and mystery shopping.

Rewards are given through discretionary monthly commission schemes on achievement of good results.

There is an opportunity to build rapport with our members and guests and demonstrate excellent customer service which is paramount to the success of the Bannatyne Spa.
