Bannatyne Spa Hotel is part of the Bannatyne Group which contains the largest independently owned health club and spa operator in the UK offering state of the art facilities.

Restaurant/Bar Staff – Variable hours including evenings and weekends.

We require Casual Restaurant/Bar Staff to ensure the smooth flow of the restaurant/Bar and have the ability to 'host' the restaurant on occasion for private parties and small wedding parties working closely with the restaurant manager to ensure a memorable and faultless service.

The ability to create a great atmosphere, as an inspirational host of the restaurant and somebody who will go the extra mile at all times to deliver a great customer experience. You will be expected to set up the conference & event rooms to required standard, ensuring that you have full product knowledge of all menu items and hotel facilities and services. The ideal candidate will maintain Brand Standards and a high standard of service in the conference & banqueting department, ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded. You will promote sales and up sell at all times for both food and beverage items. To ensure that all daily operating and cleaning tasks are carried out daily. To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the hotel operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction. serve
