Spa Therapist (32 Hours)

Bannatyne Spa offers a diverse spa menu including hair and beauty, working with leading suppliers such as Elemis, Bare Minerals, Leighton Denny Nails, Wella (professional and retail), TIGI and GHD in a vibrant health club environment.

We are recruiting for a Spa Therapist for Bannatyne Spa found in Bannatyne Health Club Dunfermline.

Spa Therapist - 32 Hours per week including evenings and weekends. 

Requirements and Duties

The successful applicant must be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent, hard-working, flexible, customer friendly and must be willing to demonstrate an appetite to learn new skills.

Your performance is measured through objective KPI measures such as occupancy, retail performance, repeat bookings, and mystery shopping. Rewards are given through discretionary monthly commission schemes on achievement of good results along with staff discount on treatments & products within the Spas and meals & overnight stays at any of our four hotels.

There is an opportunity to build rapport with our members and guests and demonstrate excellent customer service which is paramount to the success of the Bannatyne Spa.
