Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

What we are looking for:

You will have:

• worked in a management role within the fitness industry
• excellent management and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in managing a team of sales staff
• experience working within a structured and successful sales process working to agreed KPIs
• the ability to promote and drive Anytime Fitness culture within the club
• an outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings
• experience of working in a customer-facing, target driven environment, and have a proven track record of achieving results

Sales experience is an advantage, as is experience of working in the leisure sector – but most of all you must have a can-do attitude, a desire to succeed, and an ability to lead and influence others.

A typical day can be varied – from promoting the club face to face and over the phone; to attending local events and talking to corporate clients. You will be managed against your own and the Club KPIs, and will be involved at a senior level in establishing your club as the No1 Health Club in your local area.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Exact working hours will be determined, but will involve a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will need a willingness to work evenings, week-ends and public holidays as required.

Above all a passion for the industry and the drive to create your own legacy is the key to being successful as Gym Manager.
