Club Manager - 24 Hour Gym - Anytime Fitness - Cannock

The role of Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Cannock is a highly rewarding and challenging role in which you have accountability and responsibility for the club sales performance, and general club operations.

Do you live Local to Cannock? (Not more than 30 minutes of drive)

• Manage the club to achieve its membership sales and other revenue targets
• Oversee daily operations of the fitness club including preventative maintenance of fitness equipment, replying to telephone inquiries, and answering emails.
• Oversee personal training programs and any other programs including studio classes
• Take potential members on club tours and answer any questions they may have
• Deliver retention targets
• Establish relationships with area businesses, events, and fund-raisers
• Keeping and maintaining a good relationship with all member
• Creative marketing of the club including social media

Ideally you will: 

• Have natural sales ability with the passion to drive and exceed targets
• Hands on approach - working with the small team to achieve
• Be target driven with a desire to achieve.
• Be energetic, proactive with a positive outlook and a 'can-do' attitude
• Highly self-motivated and sales & target driven with a sense of humour, even under pressure!
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in managing a team.
• Experience working within a structured and successful sales process working to agreed KPIs

This is a full-time, permanent position. Exact working hours will be determined, but will involve a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will need a willingness to work evenings, week-ends and public holidays as required.

Required experience:

• Sales: 2 year
• Leisure Management: 2 year
