Our pre-sale is starting in the February 2017 and we are looking to you for brilliant ideas on generating prospective members and marketing the club to the local community. We are looking for a naturally proactive individual who can generate leads and convert them into sales with a personal interest in health and fitness. What we are looking for:

You will have:

• Worked in a management role within the fitness industry
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in managing a team of sales staff
• Experience working within a structured and successful sales process working to agreed KPIs
• The ability to promote and drive Anytime Fitness culture within the club
• An outgoing personality and be extremely confident in face-to-face meetings
• Experience of working in a customer-facing, target driven environment, and have a proven track record of achieving results

Sales experience is an advantage, as is experience of working in the leisure sector – but most of all you must have a can-do attitude, a desire to succeed, and an ability to lead and influence others.

A typical day can be varied – from promoting the club face to face and over the phone; to attending local events and talking to corporate clients. You will be managed against your own and the Club KPIs, and will be involved at a senior level in establishing your club as the No1 Health Club in your local area.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Exact working hours will be determined, but will involve a minimum of 40 hours per week. You will need a willingness to work evenings, week-ends and public holidays as required.

Above all a passion for the industry and the drive to create your own legacy is the key to being successful as a Club Manager.
