How long have you been working at AMT?
14 years and 6 months!
What was your first job at AMT?
I joined AMT Coffee as a part-time Barista.
What job are you doing now and how did you progress to the new role?
Since 2012, I’ve been an Area Manager with the Operations Team.
I started as a frontline Barista and worked my way up. I managed several key sites within London and became a General Manager back in 2011.

What’s the best part of working at AMT?
The day-to-day thrill of keeping customers happy, supporting on-site teams, meeting new people and more importantly learning every day – in short having a good time!

How long have you been working at AMT?
I finished training in June 2013 so it's been more than three years with AMT family!
What was your first job at AMT?
I started as a Barista.
What job are you doing now and how did you progress to your new role?
After being a Barista for few months, I was promoted to Supervisor and then, in less than a year I became the Manager of the Cambridge Bars. In July 2015, I was promoted again and now I'm Cluster Manager for the Cambridge and Stevenage area.
What’s the best part of working at AMT?
The opportunity to meet great people, personal development and delicious coffee! It's also great that I can grow with the business and I’m really pleased that I’ve been able to develop my career. Also it's absolutely amazing how many different nationalities and cultures are working at AMT; I’ve met so many amazing people. And our coffee is great! I think we have the best coffee in UK!

Professional, a good challenge and multicultural.
And what’s your favourite AMT drink?
My favourite drink is a soya Chai Steamer with an extra shot of espresso.

How long have you been working at AMT?
I’ve been with AMT for two years.
What was your first job at AMT?
HR Assistant.
What job are you doing now and how did you progress to your new role?
I’m now an HR Advisor and I passed my CIPD level 5 in Human Resources Management. AMT supported my studies and my Line Manager also created a development plan for me, fully supporting me to get me where I am today.
What’s the best part of working at AMT?
The people! AMT has a great bunch of amazing people! Everyone is very inspiring in their different ways and we all share the same mission.

What was your first job at AMT?
Procurement & Stock Control Assistant.
What job are you doing now and how did you progress to the new role?
I was promoted to Assistant Procurement Manager after being with AMT Coffee for about two years.
What’s the best part of working at AMT?
Being able to make a change!

Definitely Orange Café Maya – it’s a delicious blend of chocolate, espresso, steamed milk and orange.
