Sessional Sports Coaches (Level 2) - London

£12.53 per hour

We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified sports coaches to deliver on a variety of programmes and activities. The programmes includes a massive Summer of Sport, with us delivering in the FanZone in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park  for the World Athletics Championships,  multi Activity programme in the Olympic Park, on the Coca Cola ParkLives programme in various parks across Newham and sports camps.

The post will be based within activeNewham’s Sports and Activities Team and you will be required to assist with the delivery of a variety of Sports Programmes, carry out administration relating to the project requirements and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, other work contacts and providers.

We are looking for highly motivated sports coaches from a range of disciplines in a to deliver our high quality sports programmes.  The successful candidates will need to be experienced in leading sessions and be able to engage and work with young people from hard to reach groups.  You must hold a Level 2 National Governing Body Coaching qualification.
