Membership Sales Advisor

Job Purpose

  • To assist in promoting new business in membership and customer retention schemes.
  • Generate additional sales
  • To generate leads and build data base to maximise potential new business
  • Achieve targets and KPI’s
  • To ensure all administrative duties are carried out both effectively and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Use a consultative approach to customers which advises on the range of membership types that are tailored to the customers’ needs
  • To implement new initiatives to encourage membership sales
  • Maintain and capture data to assist in developing future business potential
  • Point of reference for incoming sales calls and appointments.
  • Conduct sales tours
  • Monitor and maintain membership recruitment and foster current customer relationships ensuring memberships are retained

General responsibilities

  • Attend meetings when required
  • To wear the uniform provided
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Ensure good housekeeping
