Membership Sales Advisor
Job Purpose
- To assist in promoting new business in membership and customer retention schemes.
- Generate additional sales
- To generate leads and build data base to maximise potential new business
- Achieve targets and KPI’s
- To ensure all administrative duties are carried out both effectively and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Use a consultative approach to customers which advises on the range of membership types that are tailored to the customers’ needs
- To implement new initiatives to encourage membership sales
- Maintain and capture data to assist in developing future business potential
- Point of reference for incoming sales calls and appointments.
- Conduct sales tours
- Monitor and maintain membership recruitment and foster current customer relationships ensuring memberships are retained
General responsibilities
