Personal Trainer

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Trainer who is enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about fitness and exercise. Looking for a successful and highly motivated individual to join the business as a qualified Personal Trainer.

As a Personal Trainer you will:

• Be required to make members feel better about themselves, moving members towards their goals and get RESULTS
• Use every opportunity to interact with members, offering them advice, coaching and encouragement as much as possible
• Deliver and maintain the brand standards required in our clubs
• Actively participate in the company training programmes and take every opportunity to increase your level of expertise
• Hold a minimum Health & Fitness qualification of REPS L3
• Have a desire to grow a PT business
• Be target-driven and be committed to achieving results for our members.

This position is based on a monthly sliding scale rental scheme.

The position provides progressive training coupled with ongoing support and development.

We are committed to developing our teams, and we work with our partners Lifestyle training, to offer apprenticeships and development programmes for team members to gain nationally recognised qualifications which are an expectation.

Downham Health & Leisure Centre offers fitness sport facilities & family fun for all the community. The centre features a spacious gym, workout classes, sports hall, café and purpose built 5-a-side football pitches.
