Catering Manager -Stoke Mandeville Stadium
1 Life are looking to appoint an inspirational Catering Manager, to lead the next stage of the development of catering for large scale events, conferences and a retail Café at Stoke Mandeville Stadium, birthplace of the Paralympics.
The successful candidate is likely to have;
- A background in leading catering for large scale events
- A track record of delivering exceptional guest service standards
- The ability to inspire others to achieve their full potential
- Experience of menu development for both retail and events catering
- A Current Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification and a full, demonstrable understanding of HACCP principles.
- A blend of creativity and strong commercial acumen
