Catering Manager -Stoke Mandeville Stadium

1 Life are looking to appoint an inspirational Catering Manager, to lead the next stage of the  development of catering  for large scale events, conferences and a retail CafĂ© at  Stoke Mandeville Stadium, birthplace of the Paralympics.

 The successful candidate is likely to have;

  • A background in leading catering for large scale events
  • A track record of delivering exceptional guest service standards
  • The ability to inspire others to achieve their full potential
  • Experience of menu development for both retail and events catering
  • A Current Level 3 Food Hygiene Qualification and a full, demonstrable understanding of HACCP principles.
  • A blend of creativity and strong commercial acumen
