Dual Site Operations Manager - Harpenden Sports Centre and Harpenden Swimming Pool
Are you business minded, driven with previous management experience preferably within the leisure environment?
Harpenden Sports Centre and Swimming Pool is looking to appoint a Dual Site Operations Manager to lead teams across both facilities whilst working closely with the General Manager to deliver the centres objectives.
Supporting the General Manager you will take all the necessary steps to ensure the customer service is second to none. This will involve effective deployment of your teams, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety requirement and taking on a hands on approach to service delivery.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player and approachable providing a quality experience for all visitors and staff. The successful candidate should also have a good working knowledge of Health and Safety & knowledge of Quality systems.
A first aid qualification and NPLQ is essential and Pool plant Operator would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given to the successful candidate.
This role would be an excellent career progression for an experienced Duty Manager or a current Operations Manager.
A flexible approach to hours of work will be required.
