Contract Manager

About your role

This is an exciting position for a Contract Manager who will be responsible for the strategic development, activity participation levels and commercial success of the contract.  We’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic leader, who can build relationships with stakeholders, team members and deliver excellent customer service, enhancing local reputation in the community.

With at least 24 months management experience, ideally from a leisure environment, you’d be able to demonstrate the successes of effective and efficient management of teams, health & safety management, communication skills and the consistent delivery of financial targets and business KPI’s.

You’d oversee the operational management of facilities ensuring all are open, clean and safe, equipment working and staff friendly and the development and delivery of a varied activity programme and range of services. We’d expect you to work collaboratively with your Council client, local clubs, schools and businesses or community groups to utilise all space or organise local community outreach activity, support or host events.

Qualifications

This position holds a minimum of a level 3 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent with the opportunity to progress to Level 4. There will be a requirement to sign up to a level 3 or 4 within 4 weeks of start date if these are not held. Membership of CIMSPA is desirable
