James Webber Recruitment was founded by the Managing Director, James Webber in 1999. The company cemented successful partnerships with leading hotels and restaurants and the business grew year on year with new consultants joining the business.
In 2007, the company grew further, with the opening of a Birmingham branch. The branch has been in the location of Temple Row, Birmingham for the last 6 years, managed by Associate Director John Nee. In this office, consultants work in specialist areas to include: Sales & Revenue Management; Finance; HR Management; General Management; Chefs and Senior Hotel Appointments.
In 2014, JWR, centralised the chef recruitment speciality in Salisbury, allowing a sub-synced and professional service.
The business was founded on the ethos that all of our consultants are to work with absolute commitment to communicating expertly with our clients. JWR consultants' priority is to listen effectively to the client's needs, which enables them to deliver excellent candidates to select from.
JWR has developed an extensive industry network, which includes a strong social presence. The use of live feeds, across all widely used social media, enables the business to be at the cutting edge of recruitment practice.
