We are looking for an ambitious Commis Chef to join our well established and friendly kitchen team.

Experience in a similar position is preferable but not essential. You will also need a positive, upbeat can do attitude with a great work ethic.

To be a successful candidate we require the following:

• Bags of energy and a desire to learn about food preparation and service
• Previous junior experience working in a professional kitchen, previous studies in professional cookery or a real passion for food and the desire to become a successful chef
• A passion for food and commitment to hard work in order to produce the best results
