Salary: Up to £21,000 PA

We are offering the opportunity for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the team of this up and coming independently owned gastro pub.

Opened just one year ago by TAG, on the edge of Farnborough airfield, the emphasis for The Swan is on serving good food using seasonal, local ingredients in a relaxed dining atmosphere.

As Chef De Partie, you’ll be a key ingredient in the success of the kitchen, preparing and cooking delicious dishes with an emphasis on freshness. You will be supported by a team of experienced chefs to help you reach your full potential.

The perfect candidate should have the following:

• Experience at CDP level with a similar style of food
• The desire to drive a junior kitchen team in the Head Chef and Sous Chef's absence
• An eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced kitchen
