Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Aviator is a luxury red star hotel and is home to Sky Bar - A unique destination cocktail venue.
Our Bars Manager oversees Aviator’s unique destination Sky Bar ensuring exceptional service delivery whilst playing a key role in evolving our cocktail menus. This person will be passionate about cocktails and will thrive in a busy environment whilst leading a small team.
