Brasserie Bartender - Farnborough

Salary: Up to £15,000 per annum

This role is based in our two AA Rosette Brasserie and involves maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of our bar whilst preparing drinks in an efficient manner during breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Suitable candidates will be well presented, organised and highly personable with good communication skills.

What we are looking for:

• A charismatic and personable individual
• Someone who can work 40 hours per week including weekends and evenings
• A team player who loves working alongside others and can also work alone and think on their feet
• Someone who loves hospitality and can show a genuine interest in all of our guests
• To maintain the Bar’s service standards whilst ensuring all guests receive a seamless 5 Red Star experience.
