Duty Manager Supporting the Contract Manager, you will take all necessary stepsto ensure the customer experience is second to none, this will involveeffective deployment of your teams, ensuring adherence to health and safetyrequirements and taking a hands-on approach to service delivery. Our roles are an ideal opportunity for an experienced LeisureAssistant looking for career progression, or a current Duty Manager looking fora new team. A flexible approach to hours of work will be required as youwill be working on a shift rota, including evenings, weekends and bankholidays. This is a full-time role of 39 hours per week, based on a rotation sysytem with other duty managers. You must be an excellent communicator and team player.
