An exciting and challenging opportunity now exists for an experienced Health Club Manager to take on a brand new club.

My client, a nationally recognised leisure operator, are looking for a focused and dynamic manager for one of thier newest sites. The role is heavily sales focused and you will be responsible for managing a sales teams, driving new business and maximising selling opportunities. You will also manage a budget, deliver training for the staff and ensure the operational efficiency of the site as well as delivering a first class fitness product.

The successful candidate must have experience of managing a health club, selling on a face to face B2C basis, working to KPIs and sourcing new business.
