The Deputy General Manager is responsible for providing a healthy, safe, hygienic, legal, and secure environment for team members, members, and visitors alike. To assist in managing the daily operation of the health club. Assisting customers and colleagues with any issues that may arise as a result of doing business with Gold’s Gym and acting as an interface between members, prospects, contractors, colleagues and company departments. A Deputy General Manager (DGM) must communicate a sincere desire to provide a high-quality service and drive revenue. The DGM must work with the Sales Manager and Customer Services Manager and Club Manager to develop advanced customer relationships, building skills and advanced product knowledge. The DGM will also act as mentor and line manager to the Fitness Manager and Customer Service Manager. The DGM reports directly to the General Manager | |||
