Requirment of the Job

To manage the salon, staff, health & safety, salon up keep, the Viva service branding, budget, stock control and the marketing of the service.

As salon manager you would be accountable for your seasonal target.

NVQ level 3 or equivalent and previous experience in a similar role.

Additional qualifications in hairdressing holistic therapy and / or beauty therapy would be advantageous and experience in the tourist industry

• 2 individual Viva uniforms provided.


• work 6 out of 7 day week, with 3 meals a day/7 days a week and staff accommodation provided


• £120-£170 for dept managers (ditto) and commission at the end of contract directly related to target achievement.


• All salon staff will work as team toward a end of season bonus and can also earn individual retail comm. on product sales of Elemis and Dermalogica


• Dermalogica and Elemis training provided (where appropriate)

Summer

• Use of water sport / Activity facilities in hotel
