Membership Manager - Luton FFFW

You will be coordinating and managing the sales team on a daily basis and presenting reports to the General Manager as well as working as part of the sales team to sell our product.

Sales are the bottom line of our business and as such, this role is an integral part of driving the company forward as you will be motivating and encouraging the sales team to make optimum sales.  Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Achieving set sales targets
• Acting as Line Manager to the Sales Team Developing and Setting a Sales Plan, Marketing Plan, Retention Plan, PR Plan, Target Revenue and Expenditure Plan.
• Keeping abreast of competitor updates and ensuring the Daily Sales Boards are altered as necessary
• Heading meetings with the Sales Team Attending Meetings with the General Manager
• Organising monthly member meetings
• Close management of Processes, Procedures and Promotion

Essential Experience/Qualifications/Qualities

• Direct Sales Experience (2 years+)
• People Management Experience (1 year+)
• Report writing and submission
• Implementation of company sales processes

• Well organised
• Experience in a similar industry

Basic salary £12–15K Basic plus OTE 18-22K
