Has been established for over 40 years and is one of the leading holiday parks on the Lincolnshire Coast. An excellent opportunity has arisen and applications are sought from candidates with suitable experience for the key position of:
ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE MANAGER
SALARY IN REGION OF £30-£40K + May include additional benefits depending on experience and circumstances.
The Entertainment Centre Manager will be working with Company Directors and alongside key staff to drive forward the Family Entertainment Centre. The succesful applicant will have experience and be fully responsible for its operation to include the entertainment programme, organising of staffing and working within budgets and to maximise the financial performance of the Centre.
This is a full-time, year round position and requires an individual with energy and enthusiasm with a positive forward thinking attitude and a proven track record in operating profitable venues within this sector. They will be required to implement company policies and developments whilst providing motivation to the Entertainment Centre Staff.
Currently the centre consists of Bars, Entertainment, Arcade and Food Outlet concession. The succesful applicant will develop and maintain operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the centre as well as promoting and marketing the venue to maximise revenue and bring ideas and experience to move the centre forward.
