Operations Manager

My client is now looking to recruit a strong character to assist in managing this large leisure centre. With a diverse range of responsibilities, you will manage all aspects of the centre on a day to day basis including building operations, health & safety, catering and entertainments. You'll need to co-ordinate large teams of both permanent and temporary staff and be able to deal with high pressure situations.

The ability to communicate at all levels is essential and your levels of organisation and professionalism must be exceptional.

This exciting role is ideal for those who like a massive challenge, and are keen to progress to a centre manager role in the near future.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of managing large teams in a leisure environment and a history of operating large facilities with high customer footfall. Ideal for big Operations Managers with huge personalities. Pool Plant Operators certificate essential!
