General Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced and well rounded manager who has fantastic operations experience as well as a great focus on driving sales within this very fast paced envionment.

Working within the biggest region within the group, you will be self-motivated, a self starter and willing to work very hard in order to be rewarded.

You will be responsible for the entire operation of the club, manage your department heads to manage their targets but at the same time take a very hands on approach to driving the business forward to meet and exceed it's targets.

You will need to hit the ground running, be able to performance manage where necessary and be a decision maker. This role is a fantastic opportunity for the right person, not only will you see the fruits of your labour rewarded in bonuses but this is an opportunity to grow and develop within a business that focuses on it's people first.

You will be a good communicator, have a strong sway towards financial responsibility and sales and you must be up for the challenge.
