Operations Spa and Leisure Manager - Jersey

You . . . Spa is seeking an exceptional individual to become our new Operations Spa and Leisure Manager with a passion for ensuring exceptional customer service.

This candidate will be responsible for managing the spa and leisure department and report directly to the Spa Director.

You will be an experienced beauty Professional with good leadership and staffing skills. You will have a passion for the industry and be able to deliver such to your team and members.

Main Responsibilities:

• To be able to meet all budgets set within the department
• To develop and co-ordinate the integration and implementation of the Spa policies and procedures
• Introduce innovations throughout the department to differentiate from the competition.
• Interviewing and hiring new employees, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop creative motivated employees that have the ability to encourage new business and sell and deliver treatments and products.
• The successful candidate will need to have excellent management skills and be able to provide leadership of the department and ensure the successful performance of the Spa while maintaining impeccable service at all times.
