OPERATIONS MANAGER (Leisure)

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the Club with delivery of 5* Customer Service and Operational Excellence (cleaning, maintenance, brand standards).  Oversee all Health & Safety matters together with our three pool plants.  You must be highly organised / structured, an excellent communicator, with a keen eye-for-detail and strong daily rigour and have the ability to create a positive work ethic, throughout the whole team, by leading from the front.  Your Customer Care skills must be 1st class. 

Ultimately, you are the Club Ambassador for Service and Standards.  You must have a minimum of 2 years Leisure Club or senior Head of Department (within a large facility) management experience.  You will ideally hold a valid certificate in 1st aid at work, Pool Attendant and Pool Plant Operators however full training is available.  Your record of achievement in your previous management roles must be impeccable with a drive to progress your career.  This is an excellent opportunity for a high-flyer to develop and fine-tune their skills within a challenging and highly demanding member environment.
