One of the largest independent travel agents in the UK is looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist within the credit control department.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative task carried out and completed within required deadlines Deliver specified crew change consolidated invoices to deadlines Record & ensure delivery of invoices to major clients with in deadlines Reconcile and document overdue items for major accounts after payment received Ensure client refunds are being dealt with in a timely manner Logging refund applications Processing refunds & recording progress Creating credit notes Follow up on pending refunds Deal with client queries Conduct other duties as required by Management
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role. Must be proficient in computer skills i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook Express and have the ability to analyse and provide meaningful data to Management.
