Parklands Country Club is the finest private health and leisure club on the south side of Glasgow. Utilising this facility is over 3000 country club members and over 750 leisure members.

Job Purpose:

• Deliver the highest standards of service through your positive attitude to the role.
• Support our in-house processes to deliver an excellent induction process for members and strive to drive retention.
• Support members in achieving their fitness goals.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times.
• Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention.
• Continually strive to improve your fitness knowledge.
• Deliver excellent exercise programming.

What we are looking for:

• Fitness qualifications to the standard of REPS level 2.
• Good knowledge of fitness procedures and fitness products.
• Customer service focused.
• Team player.
• Demonstrable enthusiasm and passion for the role.
