Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales Manager urgently required!

An exciting opportunity is now available for a regional sales manager who can motivate and manage new sales teams across the London area.

A proven track record of over achieving targets is an absolute must along with a great passion for driving sales figures and KPI's on a hourly, daily and weekly basis. 

Reporting to the national sales manager, this position will be accountable for all sales units, marketing plans and management of site sales managers through the various clubs. Candidates must be self-starters who can use initiative and efficient process's to maximise sales levels and sales leads across a vast region.

You must be able to demonstrate a track record in training and developing sales people and have the ability to influence staff both above and below you. Ideally you would have the ability to coach new employees through understanding their learning styles . An excellent package awaits the successful candidate.
