JOB PROFILE

The Centre Manager has a key role to play in MLS Business Centres. He/she will have responsibility for managing the centre.  He/she will work alongside the Area Operations Manager and Area Sales Manager in implementing a business plan for the centre.  He/she will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer service is provided to maximise revenue generation.  This will be achieved through the delivery of centre services and effective staff management. 

The close working relationship with the team will be key to the success of this role and the centre.  The ability to manage, coach and develop the team is important for the efficient running of a profitable centre, as is the development of relationships with clients.  Therefore the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential.

Financial management will be a main focus of the role with responsibility, in conjunction with the Area Operations Manager, for daily management of budgets, P&L and cost control. The Centre Manager will be accountable for maintaining the profitability and occupancy of the centre, so a full understanding of the business is vital.

The Centre Manager will be based at the centre(s) which they have responsibility for.  He/she will report directly to the Area Operations Manager.  Success in this role can lead to other suitable opportunities within the company.

The successful candidate MUST be able to produce the necessary documentation allowing them to work in the UK (permit/visa/etc) prior to starting.  MLS will not consider any application without this proof.
