Regional Leisure Club Manager

An exciting opportunity now exists for a club manager to step up into a cluster/regional manager role. You will take direct responsibility for the efficient running of your home club, but will also support 5 other sites based in the North of England and Scotland

You should have a strong sales focus and be able to lead and motivate staff to meet targets, goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the full implementation of all Health & Safety procedures; ensuring monthly reports are produced and sent to the national leisure manager. Staff training and development will also form part of your remit.
