Receptionists - Leicester FFFW

Fitness First is the largest and fastest growing health club chain in Europe, with over 1 million members in 14 countries across the globe.

We are looking for an organised and presentable Receptionist to

work as part of an elite customer service team within Front of House, which is often the busiest area in the club. We firmly believe in excellent service for ‘every member, every time’.

We value our members above all and it is your job to make sure they know it. You will ensure that every member has the best possible experience when entering and using Fitness First. 

This job is incredibly varied, no two days will be the same.

You will be able to deliver exceptionally high standards of customer service no matter what the situation, as you will be the first point of contact for members. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Meeting and Greeting all members and visitors to the club
• Closely managing the premises (sunbed rooms etc.)
• Submitting commission and income reports
• Documenting stock checks
• Controlling of various logs
• Responsibility for daily banking sheets and hand over diary
• Compliance with all Health and Safety policies

Basic salary £11.5-14K

• Share in Club Bonuses (where applicable)
