This role will cover The North, Yorkshire and Cumbria

Years of experience covering strategy, operational, conceptual and development elements of spas combined with an in depth knowledge of differing cultures, products and treatments, result in a Company which is well rounded and genuinely committed to inspired natural products, treatments and spa development
The Job Role
- Development of existing and new business within your designated region to ensure revenue and performance targets are in line with expectations:
- Servicing all our prestigious and high profile accounts in the North of England, Yorkshire and Cumbria.
- Take a proactive approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets on a monthly and annual basis as agreed by the National Sales Manager
- To research and progress new business opportunities within your designated area and to ensure that these are of a standard in line with ESPA’s new business profile
- To visit on a regular basis all existing accounts in line with the schedule agreed with the client and company expectations
- To carry out new business presentations in line with ESPA’s profile and to involve where appropriate NSM in this process
- To fully merchandise the Brand and ensure only currently merchandising tools are utilised. To ensure that any POS produced by the accounts utilising the ESPA name or Logo is approved by ESPA Marketing Department
- To trade test and evaluate staff before or after ESPA treatment training as required
- Deliver ESPA training as required within the role, and to deliver on site training as continual support to your accounts
The Candidate
Though this is a sales role but a large element of the role is in-house training - candidates must be fully qualified therapists with significant experience, ESPA trained will be an advantage although full training will be given, other requirements include:
In depth knowledge of ESPA products and treatments, ideally through experience within an ESPA spa or salon at management level
- In-house treatment training
- Extensive industry awareness
- Computer literate and good level of numeracy
- Experience within a sales focused environment
- Presentation skills within spa or related environment
