Operations Manager

My client, a nationally recognised health and fitness operator is currently recruitng for an Operations Manager for a large multi-functional sports and leisure centre.

Your role will be diverse and challenging and will require the ability to react quickly and appropriately to operational crises, manage large teams of staff, manage a budget and deliver superb levels of customer service.

The successful candidate must have Duty/Operations manager experience from a large wet facility and have been responsible for a considerable budget.
