Working in the UK’s Commercial Division of this fast growing fitness equipment supplier, this new role will be accountable for ensuring exceptional execution of the customer’s order, and in turn creating a “Market Leading Service Infrastructure”.

The successful applicant will be technically minded ideally with a qualification in engineering or a related discipline.  They will provide strong leadership to the organisation’s largest team that incorporates the parts and warehouse departments; service technicians, an outsourced service team and an internal installation squad. This position will report at a senior level and therefore excellent written and verbal communication skills are a pre-requisite. 

This is a pressurised role requiring a solution-orientated approach.  Combined with this is the ability to demonstrate extensive experience and competence in customer service, cost containment and project management/logistics.

Our client’s offices are in the North-West Midlands but this is a National role and will require the post holder to be away from home at times.  We are therefore seeking applications from across the UK, ideally from the Midlands or South.
