Leisure Centre Manager

My client is a well-respected leisure operator with a reputation for quality service and excellent facilities.

They now require a dedicated and professional General Manager to run this high performing multi-use site. Facilities include gym, pool, sports hall, studio, creche and cafe. Your role will be to ensure that budgets are met and standards are maintained whilst delivering a first class service to the members and local authority client.

This challenging role will require someone with a strong personality who can work well under pressure.

Candidates must have proven centre/club management experience within a large site. You must also be able to demonstrate your ability to manage the operational and financial aspects of running a leisure facility and the development of it's staff.
