The successful candidate will be required to to assume day to day responsibility for the operational management (duty management) of this busy childrens indoor activity centre.
You will need to take personal accountability for the Entertainment department and be able to ensure that team members are trained, prepared and able to consistently deliver a high quality and entertaining service to members.
You will also ensure that benchmark payroll levels are maintained at suitable levels in relation to the demands of the business.
You will be an effective administartor ensuring that administration, till and database systems are operated effectively.
You will be proficient in Health and Safety monitoring issues and reporting as required
You will be responsible for the planning of all birthday parties preparing and delivering them to a high standard and to the satisfaction of the customers.
Very strong customer interface skills are essential, with a sound knowledge and understanding of budgeting and forescasting, you will also be a very strong organiser.
