Are you a motivated and commercially astute manager who can make things happen?

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's most exclusive health club operators for a Health & Beauty Manager at their flagship site in the Rickmansworth area. The role will involve the day to day management of a large multi-room beauty spa that caters for both members and guests of this high end health and rackets club. You will drive the business forwards, maximising sales opportunities and occupancy as well as optimising retail spend. Managing a team of up to 15, you must be able to motivate and develop whilst ensuring impeccable standards are maintained.

This is not necessarily a hands-on treatment based role but more of a business development role with a strong focus on implementing structure, decreasing costs and driving revenue.

Ideal for club managers/store managers wanting to move into an exclusive environment.

Candidates must have experience of managing a buisness unit in a target driven environment. The ability to demonstrate experience of managing cost and delivering service is essential together with a strong sales background.
