Job Role
- Responsible for supporting the Recruitment Team in attracting, sourcing and selecting a high calibre of individuals to ESPA.
- Using a selection of methodologies and techniques and to provide a professional and proactive recruitment service within ESPA International.
- To be an Ambassador of ESPA both internally and externally, maintaining the ESPA 5* standards across all levels.
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of the recruitment service across all divisions of the company
- Compile effective copy for recruitment adverts to appear in relevant publications and job boards ensuring the advertisements attract the right caliber and level of candidate
- Liaise with external recruitment consultants, locally and world-wide to source potential recruits whilst monitoring their performance and effectiveness
- Manage the flow of communication between candidates and relevant divisions within the organisation
- Coordinate and conduct initial telephone interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role and follow up by 1:1 interviewing shortlisted candidates using competency based interviewing techniques
- Support with the update of the Recruitment Reports to ensure that an accurate summary is always available
- Participation in Recruitment and relevant Trade roadshows
- Accountability for project management of recruitment phase of pre-opening spa management process
The Candidate
This role will require someone from the luxury 5 star market, also with the following skills and experience:
- Outstanding facilitation and communication skills at all levels
- Business mapping and pro-active head hunting experience
- Proven project management and excellent organisation skills
- A mixture of both in-house and agency experience along with experience within a head office environment, or hospitality/spa industry
- Ability to manage interviewing process within an international environment
- Good understanding of Employment Legislation
- Proven experience in selection and interviewing skills at all levels
- Credibility and gravitas to drive change
- Flexibility to be able to travel nationally and internationally as required
