Programme Director - The Little Gym – London W4

The Little Gym is widely recognised as the world’s leading gymnastics based development programme for children (aged 4 months – 12 years) with more than 300 franchises world-wide.

We are looking for an energetic, self motivated individual with proven management skills seeking a fun and challenging career opportunity, to grow our gym and develop our team of instructors.

The Role

Opened in September 2007, our Chiswick gym is already the fastest growing The Little Gym in the world! The successful applicant will have the experience and energy to train and develop our growing team. 

Primarily a management role, the Programme Director will be responsible for the development of a highly qualified team of instructors and assisting the Gym Director with the day to day running of our busy gym. Strong gymnastics skills are essential to ensure the quality of The Little Gym programme whilst methodical administration skills will be necessary to manage programme and training scheduling.

We look forward to hearing from applicants who hold a university degree in a sports related, educational or management discipline.  A working history and interest in child development, physical education or gymnastics is essential, with at least 1 years experience in a managerial/training role (NVQ level 3 in playwork would also be beneficial)
