Deputy General Manager

Are you are dynamic, hands-on manager who can work well in a pressurised environment?

My client, a high profile music and live entertainment venue is currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in driving this multi-million pound business forwards.

With a strong emphasis on the operational management of the site and it's diverse range of services, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of large staff teams, huge volumes of vistors and multiple revenue lines.

You will ultimately be charged with implementing staffing structure and ensuring revenue lines are optimised and will help with input into the long term business strategy to ensure future success.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a hands-on operational management role within a multi £m leisure business and be able to demonstrate the ability to work under extreme pressure.

Ideally project management work would be a distinct advantage.
