We are looking for a competitive, enthusiastic, dynamic, motivated customer focused individual who has the drive and determination to make a difference.
– Will be responsible for managing the volume and quality of sales for their club, whilst maintaining outstanding customer service as per company requirements. Assisting customers with any issues that may arise as a result of doing business with Gold’s Gym and acting as an interface between members, prospects, contractors, colleagues and company departments.
– Must communicate a sincere desire to provide a high-quality service and is responsible for ensuring more junior members of staff do so also.
– Must work with the Customer Service Supervisor and Club Manager to develop advanced customer relationships, building skills and advanced product knowledge. Should act as a leader and mentor to other staff.
– Will also be responsible for conducting Club tours using Gold’s Gym established sales systems with the aim of selling a membership to Gold’s Gym.
– Will develop and implement specific outreach plans to ensure revenue growth in membership sales.
– Will support the development and implementation of the monthly marketing plan, sales strategies, objectives and special promotions.
– Will pro-actively seek new business leads through outreach into the local residential and business community. Generating sales leads through Gold’s Gym approved outreach and promotions.
