BAR AND RESTAURANT DUTY MANAGER - THE HOGARTH HEALTH CLUB - LONDON W4

THE HOGARTH HEALTH CLUB is a prestigious, friendly and sociable private member’s club offering a wide range of facilities to members in addition to tennis and childcare.

The club is currently looking to recruit a Bar and Restaurant Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager to continue to provide an excellent bar and restaurant facility for the members.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and able to clearly demonstrate excellent customer service skills.  A friendly, pro-active and efficient manner is also a key quality required.  Departmental duties will include cash-handling, stock control, ordering, staff training, event planning and working with the General Manager to ensure a smooth running of the Bar and Restaurant area.  A keen eye for detail is also desirable. 

The position also carries Duty Management responsibilities, which involves the opening and/or closing of the club when on duty.  You will work within the Duty Management team, reporting to the General Manager, to provide a seamless provision to members where service is second to none.

Candidates should be charismatic at all times and enjoy maintaining the high standards that our members expect.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a good personality and an ability to work under pressure. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable.

40 hours per week, flexible on a 7-day roster basis.  Includes some evenings and weekends.
