We have been exclusively retained by the market leading company in the field of employee benefits to recruit an experienced sales manager for their rapidly expanding and highly successful business.  Trading for under 2 years they have rapidly established themselves as the largest provider of online employee discounts and have established ongoing contracts with many of the leading global brands in the UK.

We have a specific brief to source a high quality applicant from the health and fitness industry, an individual with a proven track record leading a target driven sales team as either a leisure club manager in the private sector or a top performing sales manager with experience selling into the corporate market. It is a fantastic time to join the company as they are expanding fast and already generate a huge number of incoming enquiries and referrals, which means that there has been no concerted approach to proactively target new business. This key hire will be made to ensure that the existing sales team work to tighter daily key performance indicators in terms of activity and follow ups and that the computerised database is accurately maintained and updated whilst leading by example in targeting small to large sized corporate businesses with a few hundred to several thousand employees. You will also play a pivotal role in generating new business; the sale is very straight forward and the product offering fantastic value, which lends itself to a consultative rather than hard sell approach.
