We are recruiting an experienced Contract Manager who will be responsible for overseeing 4 sports and leisure facilities in the Lincolnshire area.

Our client is a leading Leisure Management operator who specialise in managing local authorities leisure provision, with facilities ranging from sports and leisure centers to arts and entertainment complexes to conferencing and banqueting venues.

An extremely varied and challenging role, you will; formulate and deliver Business Plans fulfilling the wider social objectives required by central government via local government while achieving commercial objectives; write and deliver marketing and promotional strategies, maximizing the potential for all revenue-generating areas within the facilities; set, deliver and monitor budgetary targets to achieve the bottom line; ensure brand standards are achieved, adhering to the quality management system and providing excellence in customer service; build a positive partnership with local government and the community as a whole, and manage, support and nurture a team of managers.

To be considered you must have a strong facility management background and be able to boast excellent commercial achievements. You must demonstrate experience in financial planning/budgetary control, sales and marketing, staff training and operational management. Ideally you will have had multi-site management and understand the needs of Local Government when Leisure Services is contracted out but applicants from the private sector who have managed £2M+ turnover businesses may be considered.
